American Academy High School. Facts as of our relation to Mr. Irfan Aziz Khan and duke training center of Abu Dabi U.A.E.

This person Mr. Irfan Aziz Khan and duke training center of Abu Dabi U.A.E. have solicited affiliation to refer students enrolled at his institution Duke training center with the purpose to participate of our educational programs and earn a High school diploma from our institution.  We granted Mr. Irfan Aziz Khan and duke training center of Abu Dabi U.A.E. permission to refer students. But under no circumstances we have authorized Mr. Irfan Aziz Khan and duke training center of Abu Dabi U.A.E. to enroll students or to issue any documentation, including transcripts, Diplomas or any other official documentation on our behalf, in addition we have not verbally or written imply or granted him, Mr. Irfan Aziz Khan and duke training center of Abu Dabi U.A.E. any such rights as of represent or to branch our institution or educational programs.

Second:

American Academy High School (AAH) have not issue any writing agreement or such document have been signed on Mr. Irfan Aziz Khan and duke training center of Abu Dabi U.A.E. behalf from our institution,  As it seems Mr. Irfan Aziz Khan and duke training center of Abu Dabi U.A.E. have miss represented, we were just o trial mode to see if the program may be a fit to his students or they may be eligible to participate of our educational programs. Since its beginning late on 2010 only one student was referred and graduated from our institution. Them the program was dormant due to Mr. Irfan Aziz Khan and duke training center of Abu Dabi U.A.E. not referring any other students to our institution. We in good faith and with no knowledge of Mr. Irfan Aziz Khan and duke training center of Abu Dabi U.A.E. fraudulent activities have keep a link to our website until recently we have received notification of such fraudulent activities of Mr. Irfan Aziz Khan and duke training center of Abu Dabi U.A.E.

This link and the website content previously displayed here have been permanently terminated and  replaced by this Warning to deter any future fraudulent  Activities of Mr. Irfan Aziz Khan and duke training center of Abu Dabi U.A.E.

If you or any person you may know have been misled by this Mr. Irfan Aziz Khan and duke training center of Abu Dabi U.A.E. Please contact the pertinent authorities and ask them to investigate your case.

American Academy High School have not  in any way or mean authorized nor have any knowledge until now of this person or institution in retaining a domain so similar to our domain name and using that domain to launch a web site to mislead and or misrepresent our institution and or any other similar institution and mislead students.

Four:

American Academy High School have not Authorized  Mr. Irfan Aziz Khan and duke training center of Abu Dabi U.A.E  to use any Logos or forms that may imply that such documents may have been issue from our institution.  And that if he has in fact done so, it has been without our knowledge or consent.

Fifth:

We have until recently not knowledge of Any American Academy of Illinois or Any other institution or web site used by, Mr. Irfan Aziz Khan and duke training center of Abu Dabi U.A.E. Nor American academy High School, have had any communication or knowledge of Mr. Irfan Aziz Khan and duke training center of Abu Dabi U.A.E. conducting any fraudulent activities and we  strongly condemn such acts of Mr. Irfan Aziz Khan and duke training center of Abu Dabi U.A.E.

American Academy Will fully Cooperate with Authorities or any other affected party to help investigate and or help to put an end to this heinous activities.
