GRADUATE VERIFICATION

If you are an employer, employment agency and/or other thrid party agency who needs graduate verification, you must fill out the request below, pay the appropriate diligence fee and fax a signature authorization release form from the applicant/student to:

Requests will not be verified telephonically, nor will they be verified without the payment of the appropriate fee, submission of signature authorization and the online form.

Once we receive all necessary forms, fees and documents we will begin the verification process. If you do not receive a confirmation from the Registrar's Office within 48 hours of your electronic request, the applicant is not a graduate of our institution.

In addition, this diligence fee is charged as a service fee irregardless of whether or not the applicant is verified as our graduate and is non-refundable. The fee is $50.00, therefore, kindly ensure with the applicant that you are contacting the appropriate school before placing your order
